Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 6 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. In some rare case (loss of colony, incubation failure, very high volume of order, or other unpredictable event) we may need more time to process the order. We will inform you as soon as possible to find a solution. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Chronopost 1 to 6 days depending on country
Letter 1 to 3 weeks depending on country
Letter shipping may not be available during the coldest and hottest months
We ship to Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
We can ship worldwide using letter, but we may not be able to send an other dose for free in case yours arrives in a non viable state or does not arrive.
Outside europe union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nathural is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, if you choosed chronopost, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you choosed letter, and you haven’t received your order within 14 days, we can provide a picture of the said letter.
